Please read the following carefully and call our office if you have any queries
BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION
- Bookings may be made by telephone or Online www.daylesfordconnections.com.au
- Our Registered office is: 64 Fourteenth Street, Daylesford, Victoria 3461

- The person making the booking remains the sole contact
- Phone bookings require minimum 50% credit card deposit Balance due 7 days prior arrival or we may cancel booking with no refund.
- Please note if our tariffs increase and full payment has not been made at time of booking the additional tariff will apply. SAVE by booking online.
- Only one person and one credit card can be resposible for the full payment.
- Bookings made Online or via Direct Deposit require full payment at time of booking.
- Formal confirmation will be emailed directly to you within 36hrs.
- Pets are only permitted at our Spacious Acacia House, Waterfront Lakeside Villa and Tranquility Countryside Studio Prior arrangement and payment is required.
ACCOMMODATION - TERMS OF USE
- We are not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required. Please view our website www.daylesfordconnections.com.au and call our office if you have any queries prior to booking.
- We are not responsible for any failure of utilities, essential services and appliances. Please report any failures as soon as possible and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organize replacements or repairs. However, immediate repair may be beyond our control.
- No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair or replacement.
- Call-outs deemed by us to be non-urgent will incur a call-out fee of $50-.
- We are to be advised of all visitors to the property and you may incur additional fees. Any additional cleaning required as a result of gatherings is the responsibility of the sole contact person. Such cleaning costs will be charged to your credit card.
-Only Two guests per bedroom eg. 1 queen.
For additional single bed or guest per bedroom an additional charge $50- is applicable
- We are not responsible for the security of your belongings. Please ensure the accommodation is secure at all times.
- With a 7 night booking a mini clean is performed after 4 days which includes providing clean towels, cleaning benches, floors and empying bins.
We are happy to provide our House Cleaning Services 24hrs notice is required:
1BR Studio Mini clean & $25- Full clean @ $45-
1BR Villa/House Mini clean & $35- Full clean @ $65-
2BR Villa/House Mini clean & $35- Full clean @ $85-
3BR House Mini clean @ $45- Full clean @ $100-
- Noise complaints: Only one warning will be issued. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund.
- Our Properties may not be suitable for children under 13
DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY
- Please notify us immediately of any loss or damage to property including keys.
- Lost keys fee is $50- and any locksmiths fees will be charged directly to you.
- If any property is damaged, lost or taken during your stay we reserve the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
Will be kept for one week and then taken to Vinnies or disposed of.
Attendance for postage will incur min fee $15- charged to your credit card.
TOTAL NON SMOKING
- Please respect our TOTAL NON SMOKING indoor environment for the enjoyment and health of all staying.
NOTE an additional $50- fee will apply to cover additional cleaning expenses if smoking is found.
PLUS if we are unable to clear the scent to take a booking an additional single night fee will apply and for each consecutive night affected.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- We reserve the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, smoking expences, additional guests, extra bedrooms used, lost keys, call-outs, repairs, or damage to property.
