The person making the booking remains the sole contact and is soley responsible for the booking as indicated in these terms and conditions.
It is the guest's responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.
ACCOMMODATION - TERMS OF USE
We are not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required. Please view our website www.daylesfordconnections.com.au before booking.
GUESTS numbers
Only Two guests per bedroom eg. 1 queen. 2 singles
CHILDREN
So sorry babies & children under 13 not suitable due to safety & noise complaints
(log fires, water features, stairs, balconies and close proximity to adjoining properties)
PET FRIENDLY
Please note prior arrangement and additional payment is required at time of booking 1small pet dog @ $50- 2small pet dogs @ $60-.
Pet dogs are only permitted in our Tranquility Countryside Studio, Serenity Countryside Cottage, Spacious Acacia House and Waterfront Lakeside Villa.
Pets are welcome in lounge, dining & kitchen areas, however are not permitted on furniture, rugs, carpeted areas or in bedrooms. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property. Only Acacia House and Countryside Cottage have a secured fenced area to leave pets if venturing out. To respect our other guests please clean up after your pet/pets or additional fees may apply.
SECURITY
We are not responsible for the security of your belongings. Please ensure the accommodation is secure at all times.
HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES
We are happy to provide our House Cleaning Services however 24hrs notice is required:
1BR Studio Mini clean & $25- Full clean @ $45-
1BR Villa/House Mini clean & $35- Full clean @ $65-
2BR Villa/House Mini clean & $35- Full clean @ $85-
3BR House Mini clean @ $45- Full clean @ $100-
With a 7 night booking a mini clean is performed after 4 days which includes providing clean towels, cleaning benches, floors and empying bins.
UTILITY FAILURE
We are not responsible for any failure of utilities, essential services and appliances. Please report any failures as soon as possible and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organize replacements or repairs. However, immediate repair may be beyond our control. No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair or replacement.
Call-outs deemed by us to be non-urgent will incur a call-out fee of $50-.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY
Please notify us immediately of any loss or damage to property including keys.
Lost keys fee is $50- and any locksmiths fees will be charged directly to you.
If any property is damaged, lost or taken during your stay we reserve the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
NOISE COMPLAINTS
Only one warning will be issued. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund.
VISITORS
We are to be advised of all visitors to the property and you may incur additional fees. Any additional cleaning required as a result of gatherings is the responsibility of the sole contact person. Such cleaning costs will be charged to your credit card.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
Will be kept for one week and then taken to Vinnies or disposed of.
Attendance for postage will incur min fee $15- charged to your credit card.
TOTAL NON SMOKING
Please respect our TOTAL NON SMOKING indoor environment for the enjoyment and health of all staying.
NOTE an additional $50- fee will apply to cover additional cleaning expenses if smoking is found. PLUS additional single night fee will apply and for each consecutive night affected if we are unable to clear the scent.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
We reserve the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, smoking expences, additional guests, extra bedrooms used, lost keys, call-outs, repairs, or damage to property.
